Speed and quality

Speed and quality are sometimes difficult to reconcile, but not with us. We achieve astonishingly short delivery times through adequate personnel, flexible organisation and clever solutions for our own fixture construction. As required, we can produce in three shifts. We also have excellent partnerships with metal plating companies. This means it is not unusual for us to be able to finish a small series of turned or milled parts in the space of two weeks, from the design and drawing up to the electroplating, anodising or heat treatment – with the highest precision and without any compromises.

Our series production is not in the millions

We regularly produce series of 20,000 pieces, whether for customised solutions, small series or prototypes. Quantities in the hundreds of thousands are not suitable for us. Our strength is in the manufacture of particularly demanding turned and milled parts. The more complex the better. In this process we focus on fine-tuning the production process. One example (see picture): these series parts are firstly pre-turned and then drilled and milled in a second step. A fixture designed and produced by us for the simultaneous processing of 84 parts enables an economic process.
